How to check and verify Orders on Mytiklink Store

In this guide, I will be showing you how to check and verify customers orders on mytiklink

Step 1: Make sure you are logged in to your MyTikLink account and you are on your dashboard

Step 2: CLICK on the three slash at the top right corner and select MY STORE

Step 3: Click on the the three slash at the top left corner of your store dashboard and select ORDERS

On this page, you will see all your customer orders

Step 4: You can see the uploaded payment proof on this page. If you sell physical product, you can choose either to confirm order, mark as shipped, marked as delivered or cancel the order And if you sell digital product, all you will see is Payment proof, confirm order and cancel order

Step 5: Immediately after you confirm an order. The order will be sent an email immediately from mytiklink that their order has been confirmed. And a link for them to keep tracking their order will be sent to them as well. Your customers can login on your store page and have access to the list of products they've ordered on your page.. See how they will login below

They can click the LOGIN TO VIEW ORDERS ,after which they will be asked to verify their email and they will see the list of their order.
